S: 4 oz Dannon L&F yogurt
L: salsa, 7 tortilla chips, 2 bites Gertrude Hawk candy bar
D: 1/2C Poor Man's dinner-skillet meal w/ eggs, cheese, thin-sliced potatoes, onion, spices 
S: pc of fruit, 4oz vanilla protein shake

really need to get better at eating and planning-89lbs off so far.
